Return or exchange policy
All products of the World of Shooting Foundation are subject to quality inspection and quantity sorting to match the received order. The product cannot be returned if it has been received for two days and has been opened or defective due to misuse. You have the right to cancel your order if it is under process before it is shipped (12-24) hours after receiving the order. The full purchase amount will be refunded with the deduction of the shipping value if payment is completed before receipt. In the event that the order is cancelled while it is being delivered, you cannot refuse to receive the shipment. In the event that you refuse to receive it, it will be returned to us and stored in your name until the shipping fees are paid again to ship it to you.
- In the stock cutting service, the shares must be delivered to our warehouses. There is no guarantee on the shares and the shares must be received within 48 hours. The institution is not responsible for the shares before or after that.
International Shipping:
- The request will be processed within 72 hours maximum.
- The order will be processed after the requested product is imported according to the terms and conditions and shipped internationally to the customer.
Therefore, please contact us immediately if you refuse to receive the item before shipping or sending the shipment to avoid the announced fees.
- If it is not received, your account with us will be closed due to an outstanding amount (shipping cost of the previous order that was not received) and you must pay the amount in order to continue purchasing from the institution.

However, if the factory does not accept the return, the product will be delivered immediately upon arrival at the company’s warehouse, and the imported products warranty policy will apply to it.

For imported products according to the customer’s request, other than Sanlida products, you will be contacted, the request will be reviewed, and the request will be confirmed again before purchasing the product from the factories. If the product is purchased from the factory while it is in delivery, the product cannot be cancelled or returned due to the conditions and terms of the shipping companies.
The shipping period for products that are specially ordered by the customer ranges from 15 working days to 43 working days. Debit Card (Gift):
- The card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The card can be shared with your loved ones.

- In case of delay, a gift card will be issued to the customer by the General Manager of the institution as compensation for the delay.
- In the event that you order an electronic product such as a scale or measuring devices and the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not working, you can return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.
